FIFA 20 will have new icon player cards. A part of the icons have been revealed but details about the cards are delayed until the launch of the game most likely. Here are some of the players that will become icons in the 2019 EA FIFA game.
Zinedine Zidane is a well-known footballer. He is now retired from playing but he manages Real Madrid club. He is an attacking midfielder who played for Cannes, Bordeaux, Juventus, and Real Madrid. He also played for the national French team. He moved from Juventus to Real Madrid for a fee of 77.5 million Euro. It took eight years for this fee to be topped.
Andrea Pirlo is renowned for his free-kick technique. The 40 years old midfielder played for Brescia, InterMilan, Reggina, A.C. Milan, Juventus, and New York City. He was also part of the national Italian team. He was nicknamed the Architect because of his style of building the play. He was also called the Professor or the Maestro.
Didier Drogba is the top scorer of all times. He was captain of the national Ivory Coast team and he was with Le Mans, Marseille, Chelsea, Galatasaray, Chelsea, and Phoenix Rising. He started playing professional football in 1998 and retired 20 years later.
Ian Wright is another veteran FUT 20 player with an impressive career. He is a striker who started playing in 1985 for Greenwich Borough. He was with Crystal Palace, Arsenal, West Ham United, Nottingham Forest, Celtic, and Burnley. He was also part of the national English team. He managed Milton Keyes Dons club.
Ronald Koeman currently manages the national Netherlands team. He played for Ajax and Barcelona and he managed a lot of teams including Everton, Southampton, Benfica, Valencia, Ajax, and Barcelona. He is one of the top scoring defending players of all times.
Carlos Alberto Torres was the captain of the Brazilian team. He led the team to victory in the World Cup 1970. Torres is one of the most respected footballers of all times. He started playing in 1963 for Fluminense. He managed a lot of teams. His son, Carlos Alexandre Torres, was a professional player as well.
